Q1. Hotmail.com / Missing Download Link Emails

Microsoft uses 'SmartScreen' filtering software which deletes your Download Link email before you even see it! Just add This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to your safe senders list on your hotmail account. Then email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it asking us to resend your download link email.

Q2. How does your download shop work?

  1. Enter our Music download shop through the 'MP3 Shop' button on the 'SHOP' Menu.
  2. Click on a bands' logo to see their Music Catalogue on offer.
  3. Use the 'Add to Cart' button next to every product you wish to buy.
  4. To review or modify your Download Basket click on 'Show Cart'
  5. If you have a voucher or discount code use it now!
  6. Click on 'Checkout'
  7. Login or Register
  8. 'Confirm Order' and make your payment through PayPal
Once we receive your payment we will change your order's status from Pending to Confirmed. 

You will then automatically be emailed with a link to download a compressed archive of each product purchased. The download codes in this email can also be input manually by visiting the Download Area. When the .rar file is downloaded extract the mp3 inside the archive with WinRAR or WinZip and enjoy.

Q3. What do I need to use the shop?

The shop can be used with most major browsers including:

  • Internet Explorer (version 5.5+), Firefox, Opera 9+, Safari and Konqueror.
  • Javascript doesn't need to be enabled in the frontend (when shopping and checking out).
  • The client / browser needs to be capable of accepting Cookies and Cookies must be enabled.

Q4. How do I enable Cookies on my Mac?

It depends on the browser your using. Google for '[Broswer Name] enable cookies'.

e.g. Google 'Safari enable cookies' [Example]

The search result will show you how to check your browsers properties and enable Cookies to be used by your browser.
